CVS takes every effort to provide the most current Chinese visa requirement and related application forms, fees and processing time on our website at www.chinavisaforyou.com, however, these items are subject to change without notice. The Chinese consulate makes the final determination as to the type of visa, how quick it will be issued and for what duration it will be issued. The Chinese consulate may ask for additional documentation before approval your applications. Your visa applications may be rejected for any reason and may not provide a reason to CVS by the Chinese consulate. As a visa agency, CVS doesn’t make any guarantee or assurances that the Chinese consulate will issue any visas, nor can CVS guarantee the time required for Chinese consulate to grant or reject an application. Chinese consulate may choose to grant you a different visa type than the one that you requested. This may change the purpose, validity or number of entries. Thus, refundable air flight tickets or reservations should be purchased.
Once your Chinese visa application is submitted on behalf of you by CVS to Chinese consulate, the services fees are non-refundable. Fees paid to Chinese consulate by CVS on your behalf are non-refundable. In the event that your Chinese visa application is rejected for any reason, CVS will, at your request, make an additional attempt to submit it again with no additional service charge. If you cancelled your order in written format to CVS before order is submitted to the Chinese consulate, your service fee will be refunded.
Full payment needs to be received before CVS begin to process your Chinese visa applications. CVS reserve the right to retain passports and documents until full payment is received.
When your passport and documents are returned by CVS, it is your responsibility to verify that your return shipping address is correct and up-to-date. It is also your responsibility to track your return shipping status with courier services such as FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, if tracking number is provided by CVS.
Please note that even when a visa is issued, a traveler may be denied when entering China. CVS strongly suggest you to secure a Chinese visa before traveling to China.
By engaging CVS, you agree that the sole remedy against CVS for damages in connection with any and all claims, cause of action, liabilities and damages for any kind shall not, in any circumstance for any reason, exceed the lesser of the service fees. Consequential damages will not be covered. Refund requests and documentation of direct costs must be submitted to CVS within 30 days of occurrence. CVS will not be liable under any circumstance to compensate you for any loss, damage or delay of travel documents or other failure or fault in performance by any third party deliver company such as FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne, USPS, local delivery services and other delivery methods. Likewise, by submitting an order to CVS you agree that CVS will not under any circumstances be responsible for the loss, damage, or delay in returning of passport and documents by the consulate, nor be liable for the failure of the consulate/embassy to issue requested documents on time or at all.
